I realize this is suppose to be about ice-cream but this is so important and I can't find an email or anywhere else to write this. I am a Dani Bar fan....borderline obsessive. I bought two today to bring home and I am eating one right now. I was talking with the Dani Bar creator at the cafe and she said this batch was toasted a bit in the oven but that you were going back to making them the old way because every said the taste is the same. I need to put in my vote to keep toasting them!!!!! They were good before but the toasting takes them to another level. It made the texture so much more enjoyable....the crust has less of a raw taste and is more palatable. PLEASE KEEP TOASTING THEM!!!! Cheers!
