Good Morning, Everyone! If you haven't already made plans (or if your plans include acquiescing to your sister-in-law's love of Denny's), we invite you to join us for Mother's Day Brunch at the Prairie Croissant Cafe! All day from 8am-3pm we'll be offering a special brunch menu of plated breakfast crepes, including organic fruit crepes and savory crepes with smoked salmon. We'll also be debuting our new authentic French cherry clafoutis, organic and baked fresh in house. Breakfast sandwiches with organic egg, gruyere cheese and your choice of proscuitto, natural turkey, French ham, chorizo or smoked salmon and, as always, our selection of French pastries and our organic flax muffins.
