Following on the very nice success of our first music event last Saturday I am very pleased to announce open mic night this Saturday, August 4th at 7:00 PM. Anyone can perform (providing you follow a few simple rules listed below) up to a fifteen minute set. Everyone else is invited to be the audience. We have eight slots so let us know if you want to perform or just show up and take your chances.

We hope to see you! 

Here are a few rules:

1. Everyone gets 15 minutes to perform. Please do not go too long so that everyone else has a chance.
2. Only acoustic instruments allowed. We have neighbors so not too loud.
3. Please keep the performance PG rated. We are a family friendly establishment.

We are now offering some nice healthy options to beat the summer heat.

First, we have frozen organic all-fruit smoothies made from our own recipes. Some of the flavors include Strawberry Banana, Blueberry Peach and Raspberry Mango.

Next, we also have some new organic ice cream treats: vanilla, blackberry and chocolate ice cream bars as well as fudge bars and ice cream sandwiches, and very soon... sorbet bars.

 A great way to keep cool in the summer.

Have a reading group or discussion group? Want to get a group of friends together for a bite? Now you can reserve the big table at the café. Currently we can accommodate groups of around eight for one-time or recurring events.
