Just in time for summer, we have expanded the hours of the café. We will now be open until 5PM Thursday through Sunday. That is four evenings a week of exenteded caffeine infusions. Four evenings a week of thrist quenching goodness. Four evenings a week of delicious snackage (my 10 year old daughter insists that is the new cool word). Please adjust your internal metabolisms accordingly. Hope to see you!

Due to the long power outage yesterday (for the cafe, it was all afternoon from just after lunch to until about 8pm), and despite the most noble efforts of our new generator, we just couldn't keep the fridges cold. The Prairie Croissant Cafe has lost a devastating amount of food- almost everything; we lost our milk and all of our refrigerated food from soup to cheese to meat to eggs. Unfortunately, we have to be closed today and tomorrow to clean everything up, regroup and reorder our stock. Some of our staff will be in, but we will not be open for service. I am so sorry, everyone. We're looking forward to being open first thing Tuesday, as usual, when our new ingredients and food are delivered. Please know that we deeply regret any inconvenience this closure causes you. Feel free to e-mail Scott, John or I if you have any questions or concerns at info @ prairiecroissant .com (no spaces). Thanks for your understanding, everyone, Jacque, Scott and John Proprietors Prairie Croissant Cafe
