I have also found fat burning diets that contain green tea or caffeine to be particularly effective. Caffeine has often been touted as one of the things you need to avoid if you are to lead a healthy lifestyle. But did you know that taking caffeine in moderation actually fires up body metabolism? Of course persons that might be predisposed or already diagnosed with heart disease that could be aggravated by caffeine must work with their doctor to see what would be the best alternative.
