Prairie Croissant Café is an organic, fair-trade coffee shop dedicated to environmental sustainability and offering simple, natural, gourmet fare in the French café tradition. About Us Inspired by Europe’s finest café traditions, we offer gourmet yet simple food and drinks. Our menu is based on traditional favorites from across Europe. Our coffees are all fair-trade and organic and roasted fresh weekly. Our breads are fresh baked each day using old world artisan techniques. Our meats and cheeses are traditional European classics. Much of our produce comes from the organic farm right here in Prairie Crossing. Our organic eggs were harvested only days ago at the Prairie Crossing Learning Farm. |
